Pay as You Go Membership Pay for your activities on a session by session basis using a 10 session card for £35 which is clipped each time you attend a session. These can normally be purchased from committee members at one of the sessions. For renewing Pay as You Go members, please note that unlike previous years, lake swimming will require a clip of a session card.

If you have any questions please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Your category of membership is determined by your age at 31st December in the year of membership. Students in full-time education pay the same fees as Junior members but if 18 or over are classed as Senior Members for voting purposes. A session card can be purchased for £35 which entitles the bearer to ten regular sessions. All regular sessions include the 4 weekly coached swim sessions, any cycle turbo or coaching sessions, open water swimming at Haysden Lake throughout the summer and run sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday evening with 7Oaks Athletics Club. As mentioned above, entry to any event in the Inter Club Time Trial programme we jointly organise will cost £3 and should be paid in cash to the organiser on the night. This is for ease of admin as two other clubs are also involved in the organisation and collection of entry fees. Please also note that Annual Members should also pay £3 to enter but at the end of the season will obtain a full refund of entries paid. Again, for ease of admin. The membership year runs from 1 January – 31 December 2010. All membership renewals are due by 31 January 2010.
