Simon McLaughlin secures 2010 Club TT Championship E-mail

Last Thursday Simon participated in and won his sixth 10 mile TT of the season and consequently became the Club Champion. This hopefully should put an end to that popular myth, put about by cyclists that triathletes can't ride bikes!

With two events still remaining, Penny Bulley looks favourite for the ladies title despite her time out with injury. She just needs a decent ride in one more event but if not, then Sarah Roy and Val Place are still in with a chance. It's the highest number of points from six events to count.

The final Thursday evening event took place at Sundridge last week on 26 August.
