Inter Club TT 30 June East Peckham

Catching up on a busy week with TTs. Here's last night's result and a summary of the inter club and club points competitions.

Sam Begg broke his streak of bad luck with a very good 23:12. However 7OaksTri's Annus Horribilis continued with Martin Brown and Neil Harris both puncturing before the start.

In the inter club competition, GS Avanti retain their lead established with their whitewash on Saturday, they have 286 points, 7OaksTri is in second with 255 ahead of Sydenham Wheelers who have 217.

In the club competition Andy Evans has taken over the lead in the mens competition from Neil Mac who hasn't raced recently. Sam Begg is coming up fast - only 6 points behind with only 4 scoring rides. Val is just ahead of Susan, but Susan still has one more scoring ride to count. Janice is in third.

Thanks Dave, a good turnout from 7oaks tri again. It stayed dry which was a bonus but there was a breeze coming from the west making the return leg hard work and resulting in the times being about 1 minute down on 3 weeks ago.
