Hi, anyone know about knee injuries? An MRI scan picked up that muscles, cartilage and tendons/ligaments are fine but I have a lateral femoral edema (slightly bruused/inflamed femur) with minor fissures. I have a 3-week wait for a follow up appointment with the orthopaedic surgeon. In the meantime it is getting better but after 6 weeks I still cannot apply force when the leg is fully extended. I am guessing the doc will just say to give it more time. Is there anything else I should be doing?
