For first timers it is a challenging course so that having a well structured training program will make a real difference. Athletes that are new to triathlon are often unsure of how much and what sort of training they should be doing – our 12 week program describes what to do and when and also includes sessions that will prepare the athlete for the specific challenges of Sevenoaks. We are delighted to be able to offer this program to the entrants of the Sevenoaks Triathlons – any entrant that has questions related to training or racing can send their question to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. First time triathletes can be sure that they are going to have a great day – the race is really well organised and there are always lots of supporters to keep your going! For my athletes the Sevenoaks Triathlons are one of my preferred events to start and finish the season.” |
