7Oaks Triathlon / Aquabike / Duathlon 2025
The 7Oaks Triathlon celebrates it's 40th year in 2025 and is an event that many participants come back to year after year. Our next race is on Sunday 18 May 2025.
It begins with a 16 length swim of the 25m pool at Sevenoaks Leisure centre, this is followed by a 25km undulating bike course, and it finishes with a 5km run around Knole Park. This year, we are introducing an aquabike option - 400m Swim, 25km bike, and also a duathlon - 3.2km Run, 25km bike, 5km run.
Our event is part of Triathlon England South East Club Senior Series for 2025, an inter-club championship comprising six races in South England. See Senior Series – British Triathlon
The race is organised by 7OaksTriClub who provide the many friendly marshals on the day.
