Saturday 26th November and Sunday 27th November at the Barnet Copthall pool. This is a great opportunity to practice a 1500m swim, with splits for every 50m given in the results;

provides real feedback on those pacing skills that Mike has been trying to teach us! The event is hosted by Barnet Copthall Swimmming Club, is very well run, relaxed and friendly.  We usually all swim on the Saturday evening and a small social will be planned for afterwards.
