Working tomorrow so was going to have to miss grand opening of new running shop next to traffic lights at crossroads just before 7oaks leisure centre.

Emailed new manager who kindly let me visit today,,,,Video'd gait analysis on in-shop treadmill gave the guys an idea of my running style and which shoes to go for; 4 pairs trialled on the treadmill and one pair selected (also trialled around block as they suggested).  Left shop with new pair of running shoes, free pair of running socks and £75-worth of running gear (reflective jacket, running top and x-country running socks).Shop being prepared for tomorrow; so I was a guinea pig for new version of gait analysis software which did have a glitch in it but gave enough info to be useful (very interesting watching slo mo of your own legs from ground level,,,,)Staff seemed very knowledgeable; thoroughly recommended.
