We hope that those of you who raced today at the HSBC Premier 7Oaks Junior Aquathlon enjoyed yourselves.  It was great to see so many similing faces around the event.

The sponsors made the event possible with their support.  They are:

• Powerbar provided the drinks bottles that you received in your goody bag.

We would also like to thank the Mayor of Sevenoaks Town, Councillor Margaret Crabtree and the Mayor of Tonbridge, Cllr Brian Luker with his wife Joy.  They joined us for the whole event and gave out medals, presented prizes and met the competitors.

Tonbridge School Sports Centre were great hosts and their facilities were excellent.

The 7Oaks Tri Club marshals deserve great praise.  The whole event was set up in two hours and by 5.15pm the whole venue was clear of race related equipment and litter.
